Our Charity Project

Our Charity Project

Some groups of people are sacrificing their lives to destroy lives and property in the world today but we have a different ideology. Our ideology is derived from the life of Jesus. He is the model of our character. Our common ideology is “EXTRAORDINARY LIFE”; sacrificing for others to live. We have passion for saving lives and not to destroying lives. That was the same lifestyle Jesus modeled when He gave His life sacrificially for the salvation of the humanity. We are the living sacrifice and dispensers of blessings.

Our Mentor and Spiritual Father Pastor Kingsley Okonkwo on National Day Service 2012 at Davids Christian Centre   released a godly counsel charging us to assume our responsibilities as the lights of the world and as the blessings of our generation. Quoting him; “Be part of the solution. If you are not a solution, you are the problem.  If all of us can contribute something small, we can make a big difference”. These words substantiated a vision harboured by an NGO: Missionary Organization for Child Education and Training (MOCET) to build community of people called “MOCET-VOLUNTEERS” who will be committed to poverty alleviation in the land. Poverty is the greatest burden of our people and we are poised to reducing it to the barest minimum if not outright with our cooperative charity project.

God revealed His poverty alleviation formula to us which is: “LET THE BLESSED BE THE BLESSING”. We are building the biggest education scholarship fund called MASS EDUCATION SPONSORSHIP TREASURY (MEST) through our project called FEED EDUCATE POOR CHILD (FEPC) PROJECT designed to give access to educational opportunity  to the poor within our community. We are MOCET –VOLUNTEERS Olodi/ Ajegunle Division.
